LCD Soundsytem Outline New Album And Supporting World Tour

LCD Soundsystem have announced new details about their new album American Dream, the long-awaited follow-up to 2010’s critically acclaimed hit album This Is Happening.

Currently, the group has a slew on summer festival dates on the books and a plethora of residency shows in Brooklyn, New York at a relatively new venue called Brooklyn Steel. LCD have also announced an extensive tour that that will take them to Japan, Australia, Mexico and through Europe before a fall tour kicks off back in the U.S.

Fall tour dates kick off on October 17 at The Anthem, a newly coming venue to D.C. from I.M.P., the same company responsible for the 9:30 Club, Merriweather Post Pavillion and The Lincoln Theater. LCD Soundsytem will wrap up their tour with an impressive 11 shows in thirteen nights in Brooklyn.
