In an exciting revelation for fans, Phish, the iconic Vermont-based quartet, has declared the arrival of Mondegreen, their 11th self-produced festival and the first in nearly a decade. The four-day musical celebration is set to take place from August 15 to 18 at The Woodlands in Dover, Delaware, marking the band’s return to a Delaware stage after more than two decades.

Phish, renowned for their improvisational and eclectic musical style, initiated their festival tradition in 1996 with The Clifford Ball at the decommissioned Plattsburgh Air Force Base in upstate New York. Over the years, these festivals have become a beloved tradition for fans, with the band pushing boundaries and delivering unforgettable performances.

The upcoming Mondegreen festival promises a spectacular experience for attendees, featuring a diverse lineup of music presented by Phish. Known for their marathon sets and groundbreaking performances, the band has a history of creating unforgettable moments at their festivals. Notably, their New Year’s Eve festival at Big Cypress Indian Reservation in Florida during the millennium drew a record-setting crowd of 80,000 people. It featured a massive seven-hour set from dusk to dawn.

The festival landscape will be enriched with interactive fan experiences, specially curated regional food and drink, captivating art installations, and much more. Mondegreen is strategically located, ensuring easy access from all points in the northeast and mid-Atlantic. The festival site will offer on-site camping options and nearby hotel availability, providing attendees with various accommodation choices.

In addition to the Mondegreen festival, Phish enthusiasts can anticipate other exciting events in the band’s schedule. This includes their sold-out concert vacation, Phish: Riviera Maya, set to take place at Moon Palace in Cancún, Mexico, from February 21 to 24. Following this, Phish will make their first appearances at Sphere in Las Vegas from April 18 to 21.

For those eager to be part of the Mondegreen festivities, travel packages will be available for purchase starting Thursday, January 18, at 11 AM ET. Weekend passes and camping options will follow suit, going on sale on Friday, January 19, at 11 AM ET. Complete details on passes, car and RV camping, parking options, on-site glamping accommodations, travel packages, and more can be found on the official festival website phish.com/mondegreen.
