News By Stu Kelly / December 16, 2020 Sir Paul McCartney and Rick Rubin are teaming up for a six-part documentary series that will showcase behind-the-scenes of McCartney’s long and winding road of a musical journey. The new series will feature Rubin exploring the music and musicianship of McCartney, from his first guitar and composition all the way to through the legendary and prolific success of The Beatles. The project is untitled and it will mark the first time ever that the original masters have left Abbey Road. The new series doesn’t have a home yet, with Endeavor Content financing and taking the project to potential buyers. Sir Paul will also release his latest album, McCartney III, this Friday.
