News By Stu Kelly / April 14, 2022 Billy Strings welcomed Post Malone in Santa Ana, California at The Observatory for a take on Johnny Cash‘s “Cocaine Blues.” This was the first time Post Malone and Billy Strings shared the stage and the first time Strings has attempted the beloved Johnny Cash number live. “I saw this guy lurking around backstage,” Strings told the crowd as Malone joined him on stage with an acoustic guitar. “And figured we gotta drag him up here to fucking sing for you.” Post Malone was quick to respond after basking at the moment on stage. “Billy Strings is the best to ever fucking do it,” Malone retorted. “Thanks for having me out!
