Red Hot Chili Peppers Honor Chris Cornell in Indianapolis

The Red Hot Chili Peppers paid tribute to the former Soundgarden front-man last night in Indianapolis as the continued their Getaway World Tour. Guitarist Josh Klinghoffer emerged alone for the encore to sing the acoustic Singles track, “Seasons” before the rest of the band returned and played “The Getaway” and “Give It Away” to close out the show. 

Many different artists continue to to pay homage to Chris Cornell and his unexpected passing as the shock continues to be felt all over the world. 

The California rockers will continue their tour with another performance tonight at the same venue.
